my Services

  • Putting up decorative features, i.e. picture rails, panelling, coving, skirting boards

  • Custom woodwork, i.e. making bath panels

  • Assembling flat-pack furniture

  • Taking flat-pack furniture and making it ‘built in’, i.e. wardrobes or storage cupboards

  • Putting up shelves and picture frames

  • Stripping wallpaper

  • Repairing walls ready for paint: filling, sanding, priming

  • Replacing silicone and sealant around windows and bathroom features

About Me

I’m an English teacher by day - and a passionate DIYer by night. Since buying my current home I’m fortunate that I’ve been able to learn how to fix it up myself and have been able to avoid hiring anyone to come and help. I feel that the trade industry has a reputational problem - people expect to be overcharged, let down and messed around.

hopefully, i can change that perception.

I provide a service where women can reach out with absolute trust and hire me to help them with their home. I am friendly, honest, and reliable and would never overcharge, let you down, or leave your home in a mess. I’m also very aware of my own limitations, and would always politely decline work if I felt I was incapable of completing it to the highest standard.
